[New blocks suggestion] A type of train track and lock system for rotating grids

The objective of these blocks is to improve stabilization between 2 grids connected by a rotor and prevent clang from happening.
What I mean is a type of train tracks that you put between two rotating grids that are connected by a rotor that will block horizontal movement between the two, only enabling rotation between the two. On one side there will be the tracks, while on the other side there will be a "T" shape lock that will go trough the tracks. Kind of like a "merge block" but also enabling rotation between two grids. I tried drawing an example, the file is attached.
