[New block suggestion] large grid 3x3 rotor for increased stability

Having a bigger rotor size will give it bigger stability when having sub-grids attached by a rotor to the main-grid. Imagine having a ship with a huge ring rotating in the middle, where each side connects to the ring with a rotor, it would definitely look cool and while it is possible to do it in the current game it is quite risky since all that connects one side of the ship to the other is 2 1x1 rotors. the chance of the clang god not liking it and cutting the ship in half is huge. Cranes and similar builds will also be more stable.
