Bi-Directional Sorters dual white/blacklist boxes. Reduce Block usage.

Make sorters Bi-Directional and reduce the amount of blocks needed to create sorted systems as well as being able to cram such systems in smaller spaces.
Have two boxes with whitelist and blacklist, one for input, one for output.
One block does it all.
I believe this will make many people very happy.
