Ambient Volume Control

Add a volume control slider in the audio tab to adjust the volume of ambient sounds. They are overwhelming in game, even with low audio settings. I tend to listen to other music and that is always overpowered. If I max that out, I generally don't notice other audio, like health or mod sounds.
