[Feature request] market utility , trade hub, or PDA like device for entire universe's item prices

The ability to see items and prices any where via a in game Utility , trade hub, or PDA like item.
- UI Utility , a Trade Hub , or a new item like a PDA for the sole purpose to show values for all items in game with locations for buying and selling to include, increase or decrease of market value by green or red indicator above or somewhere near price
- this will allow players to cut down travel time and expenses by knowing where items are being bought and sold.
Currently this is done by a note pad or some other form of non-game function, outside the game.
