Allow Replay tool to be used in multiplayer games

Me and my friends want to make a few cinematics but on a survival world but I cant run the world 24/7 and I cant set myself to a host on it either so I cant use the replay tool to make the cinematics at all.
We really just want to make it possible for us to use the muli-character feature and then we could use spectator to do the rest but we cant use that either.
Please make it a thing in the hopefully near future
