Repair laser and turret

Well.. I scoured the workshop and threads here in the talk and here as well.
I found practically nothing related to the repair laser and its turrets.
It would be a nice addition to the weapon core, and star core tournaments have support ships on the battlefield. It's what I always see in other battle games.
This is a message for modders out there.
