[Feature] Navigation update

One of the current issues with navigation in SE is that you either have to rely on GPS points that were setup in advance by visiting certain asteroids / places, etc or you have to estimate distances using flimsy methods such as parallax. Creating a flight plan for an AI drone is very cumbersome if you need more than 2,3 points.

Other issues include having to store 100+ GPS points just to mark asteroid resources And an inability to estimate distance to visible asteroid resulting in sub-optimal trips.

Now the issue at heart stems from a lack of a basic function that would exist both in reality and in any other implementation of a game: a map!

A map should allow users to view surrounding area in 3d and allow for previously detected resources to be shown in asteroid properties. Such a map should also display GPS points and potentially "waypoints", allowing the creation of flight plans. Such flight plans should aid:

* automatic searching using AI drones

* optimize trips when prospecting all asteroids in a certain area

Possible solutions for maps include:

* Integrating maps into cockpit UI

* Using a specially designed block for projecting a 3d map similar to planning table

* Having a long range sensor block add mapping capabilities to cockpits

* Have antennas provide "radar" or "ping" capabilities but losing stealth in the process.

Also, please rename GPS to something less... "global" such as "UPS"
