something simple that KSH could add is new windows such as colourable tinted windows blocks like say a half block thick? im sure lots of people would like to have windows they could colour. this could be something simple and easy to add. another type of window they could add is NON-tinted windows that have shutters, this would definately be good as a half block and i could see they would have settings for these shutter where you could change the animation to a different style of door openings, say for example Garage Door Style, Folding Doors, Sliding Doors and so on. i drafted a quick example of two shutter windows
