Disassemble option for 5.56x45mm NATO magazines

In some old scenarios you can find tons of the old rifle magazines. You can use them in rifles but not with pistols or turrets. Being able to disassemble (not manufacture) the magazines would be great. If you don't want to have an extra entry in the assembler I would suggest sharing the MR30E recipe (if it's possible to use two different things for the same recipe)
