Add separate mass option for subgrids

So apparently several years ago the mass for subgrids was independent of the center of mass (COM) of the main grid. Could there possibly be an option to add that back in or even in experimental versions? It would be really cool to make stuff pinwheel with a thruster on a subgrid. Idk, just a cool thought.
