Directional LR Sensor

A longer range sensor that operates in one direction in exchange to being adjustable in all dimensions.
Still retains standard detection ability (Large/Small grids, asteroids etc) but can be used to detect things further away (100-500m dependant on performance?).
Balance:
- Cannot be adjusted in size other than range.
Example usage:
- Detects asteroid in advance enough to stop ship before collision (such as when on Autopilot or cruising).
- Arm warheads/set action on PMWs prior to impact.
- Prevent collison of grids caused by dodgy Autopilot.
