Blueprint Building for NPC Stations

One feature long requested by the community has been subgrid support for projectors. For technical reasions (I assume), Keen has never aded this. However, there is a system in the game already which could make for a solid substitute: The NPC stations.
You can already buy entire ships from the builder factions' stations. Why not add a feature to requisition them to build a blueprint for you? It could be slightly more expensive credits-wise than buying one of their stock ships, but it would allow for a survival mode player to spawn in ships which would otherwise be a nightmare to construct in survival.
