Upgrade modules for reactors

Currently nuclear reactors are the most efficient ways to generate power. But thrusters, railguns, jump drives eats a lot which leads to reactor spam. It'd be great if we get a reactor model that accepts upgrade modules. I propose 2 modules:
1. Boost: more power output (may increase ingot consumption)
2 Efficiency: lower ingot consumption with same power output.
The current refinery/assembler modules could be usable (or brand new ones would be ok too)
