Added "Decrease Velocity" function of Advanced Rotor to Control Seat hotbar does not work

I added this function to my console of a WIP ship printer. I am currently running the game on Windows in creative mode, no mods, but all extensions.
Have a look at the clip. Interestingly, when pressing '7' (set to increase velocity), button 8 flashes, velocity decreases. Pressing '8' (decrease), no button flashes, no change to velocity happens.
