Alloy Production and Atmosphere requirement

Introduce alloys as a combination of multiple metals created in a new foundry building. But require certain alloys to be created either in an oxygen atmosphere (on earth), no atmostphere (space, moon, etc) or whatever the alien planet has (I guess make it methane or something?). That way it'll require players to have multiple bases or trade with other players to aquire all materials.
This would also create a reason to travel between different planets as there currently isn't any reason to do so.
The alloys will be used by all high end components. So instead of gating materials based on if they have platium or not, the alloys can be used instead.
