Ship aim desync? Projectiles of weapons fired offset randomly. (EDIT: A bug, not feedback)

EDIT: Summited this as feedback. Should have been a bug. Sorry!

Not sure if I'm wording it right. My buddies and I are experiencing an issue where, what we aim is not where the weapon fires at. It offsets randomly left/right/up/down anywhere from 5 to 30 degrees.

I've attached a screenshot of my friend in my dedicated server flying in a straight line, then firing a stationary railgun on his small grid ship while viewing through a camera.

For the ship he's using, the shot should land a few dozen pixels to the right of the crosshair. Not going 10 degrees to the right.

We realized it seem to happen to anyone who isn't host. Here's the combinations we tried:

Singleplayer: No offset problem.

Steam multiplayer: Host no problem. Joiners have problems.

Dedicated multiplayer: Joining as local host have problems. Joiners have problems.

We're using small grid ships with stationary weapons in alien planet atmosphere. Aiming either through cockpit first person or camera view.

Anyone know why this occurs and or how to solve this?
