[Support Website Suggestion] Default Topic Sorting Needs to be Reworked

Hello,
Currently, when visiting the Topics tab in this website, it defaults to sorting topics by "Popular", and all we see are topics that are years old and generally irrelevant to current conditions.
My suggestions is that the default sorting of topics is reworked, so that when visiting the Topics tab, you'll be greeted with more current, and relevant posts. This could be solved by simply setting the default sorting of posts by "New" and filter out topics that are duplicates, completed/fixed, cancelled, etc.
The fact that we got to do advertising campaigns to bring attention to our topics, or else they get buried without a vote, is proof that the current topic sorting system needs to be reworked.
