Bring back the upgrade modules

The Upgrade Modules was originally it was a example mod by Keen, later revived by modders, but currently not every block handles them properly. For example no warfare style ion thruster works with it. Please bring back the possibility to use these modules, even better if they find their way to be vanilla.
