Turret Controllers need 'move precisely' control keys to aim better at long zoom.

While controlling a turret controller, I suggest control and/or shift keys to move the turret at 1/2 and/or 1/4 speed. This would let us have a rapid transit by default and a pin-pointy mode as well.
