A block 1by 2 long with a hookup to pipe in chaff witch will make ships lose a lock making them relock. it may also use flares that could make missiles miss or explode early. it would take time to re load and small grid would need to be done by hand. make the ammo take silver ,iron, meg and so on.the chaff and flares would just need to be some effect while nocking out target locks in a range. same as flares. (much smaller range)
