A QOL tag for the Survival Kit, or a fix for the Assemblers

From doing my own testing, and from the assistance of other modders, the Survival Kit appears to not read the <RespawnAllowed> tag at all. I'm requesting this change because that would make self-feed assemblers much easier to make, without the added side-effect of allowing players to respawn at the assembler.
The alternative way to make this work would be to fix Assemblers not considering their own output inventory to pull for items, as it seems like this was intentional behavior but was never actually done considering the "Materials Required" properly counts items inside the output inventory, even though the input inventory cannot take from it for some reason.
