Add Custom Turret Controller WSAD support option

With a standard turret you can aim the turret and steer your vehicle at the same time. But when using a Custom Turret Controller you lose control of steering. This is very annoying if you using a custom turret on on a tank or rover and you no longer can steer and fire at the same time.
Please add a control option to enable/disable maneuver controls for main grid
