Scenarios and Dedicated Servers

As far as I have found out: Scenarios (Campaigns) does not run on a dedicated server. Is this correct? Is this intentional? Are there any plans of making this be possible?

I want to run my scenario "RollCage 2022 Race" on a public server for users to play on..
