Revert catastrophic changes that broke game since 1.192

The last playable release of this game was 1.192. I had been a Gamepad + Keyboard + mouse player since late 2015 and have logged 6,200 hours in-game using that configuration and cannot play it in any other way. I require the exact UI schema that the game had in version 1.0 of the game. It is highly inappropriate to make drastic changes to the UI after version 1.0 of a game is released.
