[Petition] Specify in the Dedic log when a Mod is removed from the Workshop

When you have hundreds of mods it can be very tedious to find out which mod is suddenly missing from the workshop, preventing you from launching the server until the missing mod is found. The log isn't very helpful only stating "unable to download mods".
It would help to specify which one is missing/causing launch failure, e.g. "unable to download <this mod>"
