inventory screen vanilla

One of the more challenging tasks for me is to maintain inventory.
Therefore I want to make the following suggestion.
In LCD panels you can select scripts and it shows u status like the artificial horizon and power consumption. we add more screens to these like
-> Ores (displays the ores you have and the amount ) example gold would display Au 34L
-> Ingots (same as ore)
-> Components (image and amount, maybe do things like Components 1, Components 2, or make it scroll)
this will only count on the grid it is connected to (no pistonheads or connected ships)
it will only display ores/ingots/components you have
There are plenty of mods that already do this. sadly I'm currently on a vanilla only server
