Add in Alliance Control for blocks please

We would like to have an alliance with one faction and allow them control of our faction blocks.
Scenario: Faction A ally's with Faction B.
Faction A is hostile to Faction C
Faction B is friendly to Faction C
This gives us greater control to allow friends to make separate factions, yet ally and have one of those factions continue to be hostile without it affecting the other friend's faction. Thanks for your cosideration.
