Saving a modlist

It would be great if there was a way to make modlist presets, I normally play with the same mods every survival game and i would like to be able to bring this modlist into new saves so i don't have to spend some time re enabling the mods every time I wanna start a new game. I know about the enable all but I have other mods I don't play with in survival I normally play with them in creative. And making a list on the workshop always makes my game redownload all the mods every time I create a world.
