Block request: Airtight 1x1 large grid stairs

The grated stairs look good and are exactly the right shape, but they are not airtight.
The sloped vented window looks nearly as good, but isn't airtight either.
The 2x1 stairs are airtight, but don't fit.
So, I end up using an armor slope. It doesn't look good, but the alternatives are a sloped window or a sloped armor panel, which look worse and are too airtight.
Please, give us a 1 PCU airtight stair block.
