A new Structual Enhancement Block (shieldlike)

Lore: A block that optimizes connected structures on a molecular level via ai controlled energy pulses of different frequencies. :)

I think an alternative to shields could be a block, fueled by medium to high amounts of energy, that enhances the hp of all connected blocks on the connected grid.

This would allow not only for more tactical combat, but also for a better incentive to engage in dogfights, especially on pve survival playthroughs, where repairing medium to big damaged ships is almost unreasonable and often just impossible. (dissapearing blocks, low range welders, hard to handle projector blocks, no autosave blueprints...)

Features:

- Has 4 states: 33%, 66%, 100% and overclock.

- OC uses all available power and grants protection accordingly (formula+small bonus), but degrades/overheats the SE-Block slowly.

- Block degradation or overheating is not damage, but a new mechanic that reduces its effectivenes and needs to be fixed via handheld welder. It will not be possible to just place a welder block nearby. Block degradation can be observed in SE display script.

Could also be used for other blocks like reactor or thrusters, if the game ever gets overclock for more blocks.

- power drain of each state is affected by grid size (small/large) but it is a predefined value, so a small large grid ship probably won't be able to run the SE on 100% strength, because of the energy required. But it will still be able to oc the block

- grants fixed amount of hp to all blocks as well as a percentage based bonus, to still let the base hp of a block influence its overall strength.

- Strength can be adjusted in world options

- No shield effect, but block receiving collision or weapon damage could emit a blue shine fx on the affected area.

- Terminal Displays can use a new Structual Enhancement script, providing a quick status of the SE.

- Buttons can be used to increase or decrease SE.
