Enable Custom Turret AI Without Configuration

The new custom turret controller block is immensely helpful in not only creating turrets, but also finding targets. Sadly this latter feature is only available if you build out a full turret, however it would benefit the game greatly if the ai target finder could also be enabled without adding the turret. This would in turn be useful for making cheap and easy missile systems or to work as simple target designators for scripts to draw info from.
