blueprint cloud saving in 1.200

Game Version: 1.200.025
If I try to save a blueprint with Ctrl+B it doesn't save the actual blueprint when cloud saving is on.
In the blueprints/local folder there is the sub folder with the name of the blueprint and an image of the blueprint. But I can not find it in the BP browser ingame.
Loacal blueprint saving works if cloud saving is disabled in options.
