1.197.069 Dedicated Server Lag
Has anyone else witnessed an extreme amount of sporadic lag on dedicated servers? We're running a windows 2019 server with 4 cores, 24GB ram, on SAS 15k drives, and getting moments where "Connection Lost" and "Pause" are being displayed, then suddenly everything un-freezes and we can move again. Seems possibly related to autosaves, but our AS interval is 60 minutes, and freezing seems to be more frequent than that. When we upgraded to 1.197 it was severe, and lasted for minutes - loading into the server, as well as having freeze moments while on the server. 1.197.069 seems to have addressed some major issues because now it's not nearly as bad. Also seems to be some kind of memory creep going on. When we first start the server, it's running around 6GB of ram for the dedicated server process. Without even moving out of one location (on Mars), and with only two confirmed players on the server for the duration it's been up (in that one location), memory is now over 17GB and steadily/slowly climbing. What kind of diags can we provide?
