Getting kicked out of factions when leaving a game

Hi, so this happens pretty frequently. On some servers players who join a faction get kicked out after they leave the game and they can't ever join the faction properly again. If they do rejoin, their name will appear red and they won't be able to access faction medical bays and stuff. I've had this happen to a number of people on multiple different servers!
