Control seat disapearing on server restart

I had the control seat of my large grid ship disappear after the server was restarted.
This was on the official EU 2 server and apperently several others have had the same problem that after a restart the control seat of the ship is just gone.
Any items that was stored is left on the ground, in my case 2.5 k ice.
I searched but could not find any bug on this?
And it happened on the last restart just before I post this message.

Apperently this goes for cockpits :/ As my cockpit on my miner also was gone along with all button mappings.
