Abusive behavior of employee of the Keen Software House

Hey, I was played at Keen FR#2 Server.
The problem occur when a man with name Asimo (with administrator rightson FR#2 server), started to talk in global chat. I asked to translate itto English please. But he forces me to speaka different language, and generally change the server. It's disgusting. Waitingfor your reply.

Sir, it's not disgusting, and talking about racism here makes you the disgusting one. Don't segregate people or say of someone he is racist because he does not agree with you. The FR tag stands for "FRENCH", it is totally legitimate to speak french on that particular server, and no rule force anyone to speak a certain language on any server.
As a polite person, if you can speak english, you do so on a server tagged accordingly, or russian on a "RU" tagged one, but why would they speak english on a french tagged server ? Tell me ? It's perfectly normal, so stop insulting the pople when you have no clue about nothing.
Like someone said it on the screenshot, go on any other server where you know you'll find people that can speak the same language as you, don't force the others to adapt to you in that case.

About the FR tag. i`m from Hungary, where i should play the game? There is no HU tagged servers. Now what? People from HU doesn't have to buy the game?
And about my problem, there was another problem. I only asked about a favor about translating important info, so other people too could understand. Not only me, playing on FR server, and doesn't speaks it., There is a lot more people from other countries. The problem is the answer what i got from Keen SH employer, about "Go to another server", and "Its a French server so speak on it. or go away". There is no HU, or ES servers at all. So what now? Where all people from other EU countries should to go? We buyed the game like everyone. The employer had no right, to answer me like this. Also the employer clearly understand me, and also speaked on English. So why he didn't answered for one little question? Why he tell me go to another server? Where is HU, ES, UA servers? I bought the game and playing on most closest server for having lower ping.

Google translater would be handy if Keen allowed us to copy text from the Chat room in game.
