Allow hotkeying seperate grid blocks with antenna

Allow to hotkey blocks and actions in your toolbar with grids connected with antenna.
Simular like you can hotkey blocks when in the cockpit of a grid.
Also add action groups to use blocks from seperate grid's when there is an antenna connection.
No more constant digging in menu's and menu's to make a propper use of the beautifull antenna system. we should be able to hotkey it.
