Unplayable Dedicated Server

Since the 2.18.2022 update
Dedicated Servers are:
-Extremely Laggy
-Unable to Move/Fly/Drive
-Trouble Joining Dedi. Servers
-Sends servers into reset loops for hours
I Own a Nitrado Server and have already contacted the provider to “Problem Solve” but they reported that the problem is not on their end.
