Block disassembling with hand grinder works incorrect in some cases

Reproduce steps:

1. Make some damage to small\big ship blocks or not.

2. Try do disassemble.

Actual Result:

Can't destroy block while hovering crosshair on it with valid distance, it could be damaged or not, have no difference (AABB?)

Expected Result: Block must be destructed while hovering over it.
