I can't use vanilla Windows on my Xbox 1, I don't know whether it's an X Or S

I can't use the Windows, I can use the ramps and stairs, but when I go to the Windows it skips past them and everything below them in that category to the basic refinery, and can't find blast doors, it won't work in creative, or progession turned off.
