I am a victim of domestic abuse and I have to relocate. I requested that the false information the CRA was publishing about me be withdrawn, but my application was rejected. Despite having all of the credit card company's communication, they have not updated it. I understand that the information may be updated following a dispute, but I'm worried that it could take too long and force me to spend some time outside since I cannot go home.
