Textures Should be Available in Offline Mode

Why this is the case is simple.. we buy the game, get super awesome textures to paint things with, but then cannot use them unless we are in online mode, loaded up and connected with Steam. Please make it so that we can have our textures available in all modes of play! Thank you for the most awesome game ever!
