Windowed mode is unusable

In settings, on the same selection screen, there is the option to switch from Fullscreen to Windowed
If you select Windowed, windows runs the game in a window.
The game does not compensate for the size of the window that it is running in. This in NOT what Windows expects of a program running in a window.
Please disable this setting until you support it as a windows user expects it to be supported.
