Valation station contracts cannot be accessed

I encountered a bug where having a contract to fly to the Valation station causes a problem. The marker is off by about 200 meters, and after the cutscene plays, all contracts become locked. I had to open the debug menu to manually mark the contract as completed to fix the issue. I am presenting these screenshots as evidence and can provide a save file if necessary.
