Hydrogen Thruster/Timer Bug

Please see this test torpedo for demonstration of the issue:

When the timer on the above torpedo is engaged, the rear engine fires with the thrust override and hydrogen drains from the tank. However, the torpedo sits still. If the larger hydrogen engine is disabled, the torpedo flies backward.
