False "Low Memory Detected" on Proton Linux (suggested fix included)

System: Linux, 62 GB RAM + 15 GB swap, GE-Proton11-11
Problem: "Low Memory Detected" on every start.
Game log:
Swap configuration: none | pagefile can never reach 40799 MiB (attainable 0 MiB)
Cause: WinMemoryEngineComponent.TryGetSwapConfiguration reads PagingFiles as string[] (REG_MULTI_SZ). Wine stores it as REG_SZ ("C:\pagefile.sys 27 77", from wine.inf), so the cast returns null and no pagefile is found. Under Wine there is no pagefile; Linux manages memory and swap.
Suggested fix:
- Skip the check under Wine: PlatformCore.CrashReporter.IsVirtualProcess(out _) in CheckSwapConfiguration (as in DeviceWrap), or CrashReporter.IsRunningWine() inside TryGetSwapConfiguration.
- Optional: accept REG_SZ. Not sufficient alone, because 27-77 MB is below the requirement.
Verified (meetsRequirements |= IsRunningWine()): no warning under Proton; Windows path unchanged.
