New Survival Tutorial Soft-Locks at Rocket Launch Contract

Every time the rocket launch contract is completed, the rocket explodes once it reaches a certain point in the sky, causing a fail contract; abandoning and restarting the contract or loading from an earlier point does not work; being unable to complete this contract makes the tutorial impossible to finish
