Rover brake doesn't work with Space bar

The half built rover in the barn in Survival and another built in Classic Survival mode will not brake using Space bar. Space bar works for jumping and ascending. I am not a fan of Wheel section in Control panel. I often needed the height adjustments to connect to a charging connector in SE1. Also Setting is rather lame since Rover controls are not listed. Am I the only one who likes to build Rovers?
