Thrusters Shut off for no apparent reason - VRAGE3 V2.4.0.95 Release Alpha

When I just fly in the Atmosphere, Space or in between, my Thrusters just shut off, plenty of power and or batter. Atmospheric or Hydrogen, doesn't matter. No errors, no warnings other than they shut off and the Thrust Overload appears, but my Battery and Power NEVER change...
See video clip (not sure if it "actually" uploaded.) On using Steam. I happens with Blueprinted Ships or ones I have made from scratch, doesn't matter if it's a miner or fighter.
